How AiHowse collects, uses, and protects information when you use aihowse.com and related services.

Effective date: July 31, 2026

1. Who we are

AiHowse (“AiHowse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website aihowse.com and related educational tools, agents, studios, and product pages (collectively, the “Services”).

For privacy questions, contact us at brandonhowse@gmail.com or via the Contact page at aihowse.com/contact.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Contact details you submit (name, email, company, message content) via forms or email.
  • Usage and technical data (browser type, device info, pages visited, approximate location, referring URLs) via standard web logs and analytics.
  • Account or preference data if you later create an account or save preferences in your browser (for example localStorage for Movie Studio user projects).
  • Content you voluntarily upload or generate within tools (for example prompts, agent messages, project metadata, or media files you drop into generation queues).
  • Photographs and other likeness materials you upload when using Movie Studio “Star Yourself” / Identity Locks (see Section 5).
  • Cookies or similar technologies used for essential site function, preferences, and understanding aggregate traffic.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services.
  • Respond to inquiries and support requests.
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug issues.
  • Understand how features are used so we can prioritize product work.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. AI features and third-party processors

Some Services use third-party AI or infrastructure providers (for example model APIs, hosting, or object storage) to process prompts, files, or generation requests you submit. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies when you invoke those features.

Do not submit sensitive personal data, secrets, regulated health information, or confidential third-party material unless you have a lawful basis and accept the risk that content may be processed by model and infrastructure providers to fulfill your request.

5. Identity Photos & Personal Likeness (Movie Studio)

When you use the “Star Yourself” / Identity Locks feature, you may upload photographs of yourself or of other people (with their consent).

  • These images are used solely to generate locked identity reference plates for the specific movie project you create.
  • The images and derived plates are project-scoped, stored securely, and are not used to train or improve our models.
  • You (and any person who consented) can request deletion of the images and derived data at any time.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right and consent to upload any likeness of another person.

6. Storage, browser data, and retention

Certain Studio features store project or media state in your browser (for example localStorage or IndexedDB) or in third-party blob storage when you upload clips. Server-side logs and contact form payloads are retained only as long as reasonably needed for operations, support, security, and legal requirements.

Identity Lock source photos and derived plates follow project-scoped retention and may be purged from Continuity or on request (see Section 5).

You can clear browser storage using your browser settings; that may delete local project drafts that are not stored on our servers.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us host, secure, analyze, or operate the Services; with professional advisors when required; or when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of users and the Services.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact brandonhowse@gmail.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

For Movie Studio Identity Locks, you may also use in-product purge controls where available, or email us to request deletion of identity photos and derived plates.

You can control cookies through browser settings. Disabling some cookies may limit site functionality.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the Services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will change when we post updates. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
